Miss Vae!

 This is Miss Vae. I met Vae through her daughter Dorinda.

 Vae is 90 years YOUNG! Being retired she decided to use her time wisely. She has set up the most awesome sewing/quilting "shop. Each morning after breakfast she heads out to the shop and goes to work, sewing and quilting. Mainly for Operation Christmas Child.

 

Vae ia the sweetest person ever and she has such an amazing heart! She spent her recent birthday sewing bags for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. Vae knows these shoebox gifts can bring good news and great joy to kids all over the world and loves sewing for their churches shoeboxes. She said “the kids need somewhere to put their treasures after they open their shoeboxes! Then they can use them for their school books.”  Such a simple project that will have such a big impact!
